I chose Blue Pepper Hostel Chapultepec because I wanted to visit the Regional Museum of Guadalajara, which was conveniently located just a short walk away. And to my surprise, I found that the hostel had a no pets and no service animals policy, which made for a peaceful and quiet environment. I also appreciated the fact that the hostel had a bar/lounge and concierge services, ensuring that my needs were met at any time of the day or night.

Blue Pepper Hostel Chapultepec is in need of refurbishment. The place is dirty and worn out, with old furniture and peeling paint.

The kitchen at Blue Pepper Hostel Chapultepec was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location in Chapultepec was convenient, with public transport options and plenty of stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I even received a free beer upon arrival. The hostel also had a cozy courtyard, which was a great place to relax. I had a pleasant stay at Blue Pepper Hostel Chapultepec.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the location was amazing, right in the center close to restaurants and shops. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Abraham who went above and beyond. Lastly, the rooms with shared bathrooms were basic but clean, and I appreciated the free breakfast included.

Everything was fine and met my expectations.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the center of everything. Just like other guests mentioned, there were many bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were really nice and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms with shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a relief after reading the other reviews.

The only minor issue I encountered was some confusion during check-in. But the staff quickly resolved it, so all was fine.

The complementary breakfast and tour of the city were quite nice, and the common areas were decorated festively for Christmas. The location was perfect for those looking to be in the heart of the action during the holidays, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was located right next to the outdoor gathering space where loud music and conversation went on until the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room was quite cold due to a lack of heat and poor insulation, and the bedding provided was not sufficient to keep us warm.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! the hostel was incredibly clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even took me to some local bars and treated me to free shots. The attention to detail, like the finger print access to the dorms, made me feel safe and secure. Furthermore, the location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of a vibrant party neighborhood, offering a great atmosphere.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

Friendly staff, organized and clean, trendy location near bars and restaurants. Cozy and adorable interior design. Nice atrium and helpful people. Safe area. However, coffee could be improved. Special thanks to Paul for his excellent assistance and English skills.

We loved how clean the hotel facilities were. The location to some bars was great and we even got free shots! We could easily get around on foot or using buses to the center or other places in this city. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    Nothing that we didn't like.

As a backpacker exploring the city for the first time, the friendliness of the staff at Blue Pepper Hostel made a huge difference. They invited us to parties and meals, really going out of their way to make us feel at home. The hostel itself was clean, well-organized, and located in a trendy area. The kitchen was well kept, my bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well. it was the best hostel experience I've had in Guadalajara.

    I highly recommend this hotel.

The outdoor area was really nice and cozy, great to relax and unwind after a busy day. the location was great, close to public transport and a lot of food options. the complementary breakfast and coffee in the morning were a nice touch and helped us save money.

The shared bathroom was not ideal, and it was a bit confusing to find at first. It was not very clean, and there were other people's belongings left there for days.
